Rotax Engines: Max Complete Engine Service
We first assess rotax engines' performance with an initial round of dyno testing. Next the engine will undergo disassembly, cleaning, and inspection to determine which components need to be replaced, adjusted, or rebuilt. Before and during assembly precise adjustments are made to various components including the piston clearance, squish clearance, port timing, reed cage and crankshaft. Once the assembly is complete, your engine is dyno tested back-to-back (ensuring the most accurate result) against our best engine. The results from the dyno are analyzed and shared with you. This way you know exactly what to expect and how your engine will perform. The engine will be shipped back to you along with setup recommendations and dyno results.

Tech Tips
Pin measurement is a great way to determine the hole size of your jets, but performance of a jet is affected by factors outside of that which can be measured by a pin set, such as inlet angle, outlet angle, surface finish, taper and roundness of the hole itself. The only way to accurately test the performance of a jet is to flow test it.
